I switched GMC to Sembot CSS and lost access to GMC
This is because your GMC account was previously a sub-account under an advanced account (manager multi-account). In the process of switching to CSS, it is separated from this multi-account to a separate account or transferred as subaccount to multiaccount of new CSS.
In this case, please contact us at help@sembot.com or via the built-in chat and specify the email address access to the account is to be restored.
⚠️ It is not possible to keep a subaccount under your multiaccount and connect to another CSS.
