Price tracking

Based on GTIN codes and product titles, Sembot provides information about the items of the specific products you will track. This is data on the price of your products, the lowest price of your competitors, the highest price of your competitors and the average price of the product. The data is saved and you can view it on a chart. You are able to see how the prices of a particular product looked on a particular day in your store and in your competitors.

Product - the name of the tracked product.

Url - value pulled from search results.

Visibility status:

  • Before downloading date - The tracking request will be processed in the next 24 hours.

  • Up to date - results have been downloaded in the last 24 hours.

  • No displays - No store/project in the results.

  • No current date - No your store/project in the results of the last 24 hours.

Position - position in the search results (data from the last update in which the product was in the search results).

My Price Difference - the difference between our price and the lowest price of the competition.

My price - our price.

Competitor Lowest Price - the lowest price of a competitor.

Competitor Highest Price - the highest price of the competitor.

Updated - the date when the data was last updated.

Location - the location where performance tracking data is collected.

You can also see the results for a single product along with a list of competitors.

To use the price tracking in the panel, select the "Price Tracking" option.

The system will ask you to choose the location where the prices should be tracked.

To select the products you want to track, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Not monitored products" tab.

  1. Select the products you want to track by clicking on them.

  1. After selecting the desired products, click on "Monitor selected" to initiate the tracking process.

Now you can see all the monitored products in the "Monitored" section. By selecting the products that have gathered data, you can create charts.

If you have added products to the Price Tracking that do not have a GTIN code or the system has not found them in Google Shopping, you can still collect data for these products using manual mapping by title. Simply enter the product title, and Price Trackingwill be able to gather the information you need. This feature allows you to monitor the prices and availability of all your products, even those not automatically recognized by the system.

Under the cogwheel next to a product with a "No match" status, select "Match Product". Then, choose from the list the product you want the system to use for collecting results.
