Disconnecting the GMC account from your CSS and migrating it back to Google Shopping - "Switch back"

If you want to disconnect the customer without deleting his account and switch it back to Google Shopping, fill in the following form

⚠️ You will gain access to the form by logging in with the Google account that was used to activate the CSS service.

Fill in the required fields as follows:

select Standalone if you want it to become a standalone GMC acount
select MCA sub-account option if you want it to "return" it back a subaccount to a multi client account

Merchant account name you want to switch

Account ID you want to switch

CSS Name to which you want to switch the account - insert "Google Shopping"

If the account is to be switched as a sub-account to a multi client account, insert the ID of this multi client account in the following field

⚠️ After submitting the application, you will receive an email from Google Support that the admin of the GMC account you want to switch must accept the switch request in his/her GMC account panel and other information regarding the transfer of the account.

⚠️ After disconnecting the GMC account from your CSS back to Google Shopping, re-verification of the domain on the GMC account is required, and during this time, the campaigns will be paused.
