Processes

A process is a set of automated actions executed in response to a specific event or conditions met within a given system. Processes are defined as logical sequences of operations designed to achieve a particular goal, such as monitoring parameters.

How processes work

  1. Data or events that trigger the process, e.g., an increase in CPC or a drop in CTR.
  2. Activation Condition: Logical rules that determine when the process is triggered, e.g., "CTR drops below 2%.
  3. Steps taken as a result of the process being triggered, such as assigning a task to a specialist.
  4. Frequency: Time intervals at which the system checks if the activation conditions are met, e.g., daily, hourly.
  5. The ability for the user to make decisions or implement changes based on the process results, e.g., selecting an action from a list of suggested solutions.

Examples of a process

  1. Data on the average CPC from a Google Ads account.
  2. Activation Condition: The average CPC increases by more than 20% within a week.
  3. Action:
    • Automatically assign a task to a specialist.
    • Suggested actions: increase the budget, add exclusions, analyze keywords.
  4. Frequency: Daily analysis of data from the past 7 days.
